Welcome to ReFLECT ~ a three-week cleanse and nourishment experience designed to help you reset, reflect, and prepare for the cooler months ahead.

The full cost for this class is $252+, but I believe in making wellness accessible to everyone, so I offer a sliding scale to fit your budget.
